Capable Hearts is a welcoming, safe space designed for disabled adults who want to form meaningful connections with peers—other adults who share similar interests and experiences. We believe that everyone deserves friendships, community, and opportunities to grow with independence and dignity.
All members on Capable Hearts are verified to have a disability. This helps ensure you are meeting and connecting with people who share similar experiences and needs.

Capable Hearts provides a supportive, accessible platform where adults 18+ with Neurodivergent can connect, share experiences, and relationships. We put your choices first and make it easy to stay in control of who you talk to and what you share. We want social life to be easy, fun, and safe. Capable Hearts provides members with an opportunity to practice talking with others in a kind way, conversational tips, and an option for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to review and guidance on social skills development. We strive to remove barriers to social engagement through thoughtful design, clear safety practices, and ongoing community input. Our goals are to empower individuals to pursue their interests, practice self-advocacy, and participate in a respectful, inclusive community.
